When you contact me, I process your name, email address, company (if provided), and the subject and content of your message to handle your enquiry. For enquiries relating to a contract or pre-contractual steps, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies (legitimate interest in handling incoming enquiries). The required fields are necessary to process your enquiry; alternatively, you may contact me directly by email.
The form sends your enquiry to my email inbox. Messages are not stored permanently in the form itself. Correspondence is deleted once it is no longer required to handle the enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply. To protect against automated enquiries, hashed IP addresses and timestamps are held on the web server. Entries are removed after one hour when the next form request is received. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (protection against abuse). No external CAPTCHA services are used for this purpose.
Hosting and technical data
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, D-02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Technically necessary connection data is processed when the website is accessed, in particular the IP address, access time, requested page, volume of data transferred, referrer, browser type and operating system. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR to provide the website securely and reliably. According to the hosting provider, log files are deleted after no more than seven days. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider. No analytics, advertising or tracking services are integrated into this website's own code; fonts and the portrait are served locally.
